Who We Are
We met in 2012 and right away we enjoyed spending time together, we realized we even had some friends in common. We also realized we had and have similar family-oriented values and a desire to be parents. We both love children! We also enjoy going to hear live music, seeing art, hanging out with friends, and spending time outside in nature.
Our families and friends are excited to welcome a child that we would be so lucky to have come into our lives. This child will be Sara’s parents’ first grandchild. Sara’s parents are retired and live nearby in New Jersey.
We both love to travel and we plan to bring your child on wonderful trips to fun and interesting places. Our first big trip together was to Costa Rica with a group of friends. It was so much fun. We learned to surf (well Tim did, Sara ended up with a lot of sand in her bathing suit). We collected shells on the beach, and we went on hikes in the rainforest where we saw monkeys, colorful birds, and Sara’s favorite, three-toed sloths! Since then we have also traveled to Berlin, Saint Croix, Iceland, and all over the United States. We also often travel to England to visit Tim’s parents Christine and Andrew, sister Bobby, brother-in-law John, and our nieces Isla and Erin who are 7 and 12. Tim’s Mom and Dad have been married for over 50 years. We go there almost every Christmas so we can all celebrate together. We all stay in the same house and make special meals for Christmas eve and Christmas day. We also have the tradition of going ice skating, which Sara especially loves because when she was little, she used to take part in ice skating competitions.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about us, we would love to get to know you!

Spring
We are so excited for warmer weather. We love to do things outside like hiking and picnics. We live near Prospect Park which has baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts, playgrounds and even a zoo. It is so much fun to go there with kids.
Visitors
We love having visitors, even if they are animals. We dog sat our friend’s cute puppy named Hogan. It was a real love fest!
