First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for being brave through this process. Thank you for picking us up and giving us a closer look. We hope that learning more about us, our families, and our friends will help bring peace of mind when looking for your child’s forever family.
We look forward to offering both you and your child love and support. We are excited to get to know you better and grow our family!

Who We Are
We met through mutual friends in 2009, while attending North Carolina State University (Go Pack!). Within a week, we were dating. Within a month, we knew it would last forever. We are a young, easy going, active, energetic couple that love to try new things and do almost everything together. We truly are each other’s best friends.
In 2011, Joe surprised Casey with a “staycation.” We went to dinner, the symphony, and then to a hotel room lled with photos of all of our adventures together. As
if planned, Casey said “I could do this forever,” and
to his surprise, Joe pulled a ring out of his pocket and proposed. Casey said yes, and we got married in 2012 in front of friends in family in New York.
One week ago we celebrated our niece Ava’s first birthday! It was a great time in the park with family and friends. Our brother and sister did a great job planning and we loved spending every minute we could with them. It was a quick trip for for, so we were happy to a few extra hours with them since our flight got cancelled on Sunday. We flew home Monday morning instead. Looking forward to party planning for our own some day!
What. A. Party. We are always excited to play host to such an amazing group of people. This year we headed back to childhood with “A Day at Summer Camp” and supported multiple charities while doing so (great job, Green Team)! The scored the highest amount of points over the day and won a $200 donation as a prize for their charity, Special Olympics! Many of our friends decided not to let the ‘losing’ charities miss out on the fun, and donated some of their own money to the other competitors, KaBoom!, Camp Sunshine, and Camp Coral!
We are so lucky to have such a large, thoughtful support group, and know they will help keep us strong and positive during our journey to create a bigger family. Thank you all!!!
