Let Halloween Begin!!!
Our family took a trip to Pennsylvania to meet Grammy and Grandpa for a weekend of fun. Adam and I enjoyed fly fishing in a beautiful creek where we each caught and released four stunning trout. Grammy and Grandpa enjoyed spending quality time with our daughter swimming in an indoor pool and having lunch. Also, we went to the local children’s museum where we saw and interacted with numerous exhibits including an old school house, fishing, wildlife, outer space, dental hygiene, blood circulation, ancient Egypt and others. It was a great family fun weekend with Grammy and Grandpa!
Let Halloween begin! Halloween is by far our daughter’s favorite holiday! We began our celebrations with a haunted house with some family friends. The children enjoyed seeing scary monsters and witches (not too scary), playing bean bag toss, and flying on a witch’s broom. They played in a room of illusions among other Halloween scenes. They ended with a beautifully decorated Halloween house where they were able to trick or treat. We all enjoyed dinner together that night and, of course, the children loved dressing up!
