Sister Weekend Part 2
During our sister weekend in Philadelphia, my sister and I had the chance to explore The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. What a hidden gem in the city filled with so many incredible museums. I was not expecting it to be as large as it was and we were both exhausted by the time we completed the whole thing. The staff in the museum were so kind, interactive, and full of information. I was blown away by how large a moose is. I know that may seem like a silly comment, but I have never seen one in real life. My sister and I fell in love with the Kiangs and Okapis. There is so much to explore and interact with. I cannot wait to take a little one there and to see the museum through their eyes. There were so many little kids there when we were there and they were giggling and having a blast. Of course we needed to end our Philly adventure at Geno’s for famous cheesesteaks. We will definitely be back to Philadelphia, but there is no place like home. My Mom is so cute she even had the cutest welcome home sign waiting for us with a nice homecooked meal.
