National Adoption Day
I celebrated National Adoption Day by attending an adoption mini conference. It’s always a privilege to educate myself on adoption and surround myself with other hopeful adoptive parents, and families that have already been blessed by adoption. It is a beautiful community where the kids can all grow up together and inspires so much hope in those still waiting to be matched. These conferences are filled with skilled professionals offering tips, guidance, and advice. I am constantly learning so much. I’m extra lucky to have my sister and Mom join me and show me so much support as well as to educate themselves to be the best Aunt and Grandma possible.
