I had such a blast learning how to make fresh mozzarella and burrata cheese with my Mom and my sister. My sister has been replicating the crostini recipe we learned and all I can say is… delish! We also made some decadent chocolate truffles with a touch of sea salt. I sometimes find the kitchen to be a little bit intimidating, but this was so much fun! There is nothing I love more than a girls day and this one included cheese and chocolate. Does it get any better than that combination? Please share some of your favorite recipes!
