My Story
I tried IVF for 7 years and although it did not work out. I learned how strong and dedicated I am to fulling my dream of becoming a mother. It was when I started asking more questions about adoption that I learned friends, aunts, and children around me were adopted and how whole their family was from it. I then knew adoption was my true path. Being a single woman with no children and having a business that runs itself. It gives me the time and energy to focus on what is most important to me. Being the best mother and having a relationship with you that you are most comfortable with.
I love to travel I’ve been to over 12 different countries and 32 states. I love to make nourishing healthy meals. I grow fresh vegetables in my kitchen. I love to go to plays, golf, paddle board, hiking, and photography. Where my home is filled with pictures I have taken. I can’t wait to be able to share these experiences with the child I am blessed with.
My Home
I live in a beautiful home in a safe gated beach community on the water right outside NYC. It has basketball and tennis courts, a playground and a pool. The neighborhood is filed with children riding bikes and playing. We can walk over and catch a train to the city to experience different museums, Broadway plays, sports games, various types of culture to be able to interact with people from all walks of life. If we wanted to stay closer to home, we could walk over to the beach to ride bikes, learn to surf, or just grab some ice cream and have a fun beach day. I will show my future child that the whole world is at their fingertips.
My father and stepmother live a short car ride away in upstate NY. Their house is in the beautiful country where we could explore the woods, play family games at the table while the deer and turkey roam by. My dad could teach his future grandchild how to fish, drive the tractor, help feed the chickens or help with the garden. My nieces love doing this with their Papa B when they are here. Then we could make delicious meals together or go into the quaint little town with culinary restaurants. It’s like a Christmas town from a hallmark movie. California is where my beautiful mother, stepfather, and my brother and two sassy nieces live. From the red woods to the California beaches. This child would have the best of all worlds and my mom will probably move right next door to me the day this precious child arrives. My friends and family are my strong support system that have shown so much love and encouragement toward my decision of adoption. That I know I have my village.

When I was younger, I would fly to New York every summer. I enjoyed many experiences like historic sites since my dad loved to teach us about history. I couldn’t wait to get back to school to tell all my friends about my amazing summer. Now I fly my two nieces out to see me from California. We go to central park, the zoo, roller skate and ice skate Rockefeller center, depending on the season. Broadway plays, the Rockettes, Tea at the plaza and the alpaca sanctuary. The possibilities are endless. I want to share everything my dad did with me with my nieces to make the trip something so special and exciting that they cannot wait to tell their friends about it. Thankful for facetime I am very close with my nieces and talk to them every week. I cherish all my time with them, and I am so grateful that they get to fly out and see me. Even though I am sure that they are over the fact that their Aunt B just won’t stop hugging them.
