So lucky to have spent an amazing day with Cynthia, the twins, and my sister at the tulip farm. It was a little chillier than we anticipated, but that may have been even better because we got to see the twins in their bear outfits. They are the absolute cutest and are just waiting to have a little buddy to join them on their adventures. I am looking forward to the day we are pushing two strollers instead of just the one. I want to be just like the mama goat snuggling her baby. I am so fortunate to be supported by such an incredible tribe and Cynthia and her entire family are a big part of that tribe.

Spending the day with my favorite human. We decided on an out of this world theme this year for Mother’s Day because let’s face it, our Mom is out of this world!

My Mom is the most incredible human on the planet. I would choose her in every lifetime and in every universe. I know how lucky I am to be able to call my Mom my very best friend. She is always up for anything and has the unique ability to make each of her children feel like they are her favorite. She is selfless and kind and I am yet to meet a person that hasn’t instantly fallen in love with her. Plus, she is hilarious and the life of the party. She is a true light in this world.

She has been so supportive of my adoption journey and has embraced any path that leads to her becoming a Grandma. If only you had the chance to sit and listen to her paint the picture of the future adventures she has planned for her and her future grandchildren. It’s truly beautiful.

I didn’t think she could ever top being the most incredible Mom, but something tells me she will somehow manage to be an even better Grandma. I aim to emulate my Mom and recreate the unbelievable childhood she created for me and my siblings.

I know Mother’s Day is a sensitive day for so many and for so many reasons. Know I am thinking of anyone struggling today and sending you some light and some love.
