About Us
Our Story
We are college sweethearts that met our freshman year at Rutgers University. Bryant is a caseworker at the Board of Social Services in our county. Nicole is a Kindergarten teacher.
Bryant and I both come from tight-knit families. We are fortunate that our families get along very well and we spend lots of time together. We get together a few times a week for dinner, spend holidays together and have even gone on a family road trip. To be part of our family, is to be loved and accepted for exactly who you are, to be encouraged and cheered on in both your saddest and happiest moments. We feel extremely lucky to be the recipients of our families' love and we know that a child will receive this kind of unconditional love tenfold.
We are very close to our parents and our siblings. We are both the eldest child in our families and that has brought out our nurturing side from the time they were born.
Bryant and I have a niece and goddaughters that mean the world to us. We are so honored that we were chosen to be their godparents. It has been a privilege to watch them grow up!
In addition to our families, we also have a tribe of close friends that we consider to be our extended family. They have been in our lives for 20+ years and will be an integral part of our child's community.
Tradition and spending time with family are extremely important to both of us. We spend the day after Thanksgiving putting up our Christmas Tree and watching our favorite Christmas movie, Scrooged. Every Christmas we buy a new ornament for our tree which makes our tree filled with memories and is extremely sentimental for us. Another holiday tradition is cookie making. Bryant makes the best Ricotta cookies and our whole family looks forward to eating them. Every year for Bryant's birthday I make him a lasagna and a pineapple upside down cake. It's a tradition we have had since the first year of dating. Every Summer we have a Fourth of July barbecue and have Bryant's brother, sister, our sister in law and my niece come visit us for the week. It is an annual tradition that we all look forward to; we have visited many places and have made many memories. We look forward to upholding the old traditions and creating new traditions with a child.
Our Home
We live in a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, expanded ranch with a large backyard. We are located in a NJ suburb, about 20 minutes from NYC. Our location makes it easy to spend a weekend at the shore or an afternoon in Central Park. Our home is a peaceful place, filled with love, laughter, and lots of affection.

When I first met Bryant I was drawn to Bryant's confidence and intelligence. Over the years, Bryant has proven to be the most genuine, honest, thoughtful, encouraging, affectionate, and loyal human being I have the honor of calling my husband. Bryant inspires me to best the version of myself everyday. I am truly blessed to call him my life partner. Bryant is a calming force and I often refer to him as my peace. I know that he will be the most loving and doting father to a child. He is incredibly patient, strong, kind and selfless. He is a man of honorable character. Throughout our marriage, he has shown me unwavering love and support and I know that he will proudly give a child the absolute best of himself.

Nicole would make a fantastic mother. She is the most caring, thoughtful, stable, and loving person I have the pleasure of calling my wife. She loves children, so much so that she has dedicated her life to them. Anyone that is a part of her life is given endless amounts of love an support. I have the pleasure of calling her my wife, but the depth of her character far exceeds the title of wife. She has love, support and caring coming from her soul. I am lucky to have her in my life. I know she will be the kind of mother that any child would love to have.
