About Us
Our Story
When we met, we were living in Grand Forks, ND. Zach had just finished college and Eric had about a year left. After a year of dating, we got engaged in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico which is one of our favorite vacation destinations to this day!
We moved to Minneapolis, MN where we lived for 5 years. We started our careers, got married and bought our first home! We have always agreed we wanted to raise a family so in 2019 we set out to start our family through adoption.
In March 2021, we got the call! A baby boy had been born the night before and he was waiting for us just an hour away. We got to meet Eli in the hospital and take him home shortly after. Since then, we have have moved to Duluth, MN to get closer to nature and to enjoy a quieter city. It is a great place to raise a family!
We are all looking forward to growing our family once more through adoption and we cannot wait to meet.
Our Home
We live right across the street from Lake Superior in Duluth, MN. We have a big, fenced-in back yard with lots of space for kids. Zach grows roses, grapes, berries and rhubarb in the yard.
Zach
Zach has six siblings and grew up in North Dakota. He works at a large tech company in Human Resources.
Enjoys: Gardening, yoga, reading, rock climbing, movies, & tending to his saltwater aquarium.
Eric describes Zach as:

Eric
Eric grew up in Northern Minn. with two brothers. He works in Emergency Management for the College of St Scholastica.
Enjoys: Hunting, Fishing, computers, mechanics, video games, and weight lifting.
Zach describes Eric as:
“Funny, selfless, kind, and intelligent. Everyone enjoys being around him. Eric has a big heart and he is an amazing dad to Eli.”
