We met in 2015 on Match.com. It was apparent very quickly that this was something special, and within two months we moved in! Life felt easy, natural, and we realized that we had never been happier. All of the pieces clicked into place and, after realizing this was the "it" we had both been searching for, we got engaged in early 2016 and started planning our happily ever after together. We were married in early 2017 and life together became sweeter. Our laughs came even more frequently and our love for one another grew even stronger.
Our home is a beautiful ranch with a finished basement and fenced in yard. When we purchased our home, we knew it was the perfect place to have a family. We call it the "Swiss Army Knife" of houses- it looks compact from the outside, but there's a lot going on inside!
It's fun to decorate for different seasons and holidays, making our house warm and festive all year round!
We love to host family and friends for holiday parties, game nights, and theme dinners.
When we were looking for our home, we knew we wanted to be in our Village. It has everything we could ask for! There are phenomenal schools, playgrounds, parks, and trails. Main Street has shops, restaurants, and a theater that puts on local productions. There are street fairs and community events all year round making this the most amazing place to raise a family.
Jess here! I would describe myself as a bit of a goofball. I like to be silly and laugh very easily. I'm the morning person in our relationship, up early and attacking the day!
I work as a school district administrator. My background is in school counseling and I am extremely passionate about working with and helping children. Every day I make decisions in order to do what is best for kids.
I was meant to be a mom. All the cliches are true- I didn't know how much I could love or what I was capable of until I had our daughter. My capacity for love, creativity, patience, and understanding grew. Being a mom has made me the best version of myself.
Adam describes me as "considerate, loving, and insightful." I'm always finding ways to make him laugh and let him know how appreciated he is. I know just how lucky we are to have one another.
Hi there! I am also a goofball, and am certainly not the morning person in our relationship, but I suppose that's balance!
I work as a financial planner and teach college courses in philosophy.
What I love about being a father most is watching my little girl grow into the kind, thoughtful, and silly person that she is becoming. It has been an incredible journey getting to show my daughter all of the things that have brought joy to my life while experiencing those things through her eyes.
Jess says that I am a great listener. I pride myself on embracing the people and situations in my life fully. Jess sees that I approach life with positivity and find the good in all situations. She says that I am "selfless with an unrivaled capacity for compassion." We are one heck of a team and I am so grateful to be together.
