Hi! I hope you’re well! We got professional family pictures taken for the first time in *four* years this past weekend. COVID really messed things up the past several years, but we made the best of it and I did get some really adorable pictures from the at-home photo shoots I did at Christmas time.
Even though I was a little hesitant to do so, I booked a session at a tree farm (Outside. In November. In Ohio.). I was cautiously optimistic. Long story short, our appointment time rolled around, we were in the outfits I picked out, with no jackets, of course, and it was 35 degrees with a mix of rain and snow. It was sooo cold! My daughter was a trooper and was excited to explore the tree farm, and she did! We literally had wet hair at the end of the session but were still smiling (kind of). We got some amazing shots and I’m so excited to share them soon!
I’m hoping next year we’ll have a 3rd musketeer to join us for our holiday family pictures, even if it’s DIY session at home. I’ve attached a photo from one of our home photo shoots last year because I loved them so much :)
