Hello,
I’m Kristen, a single professional living and working in New York City. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and review my profile book. I know you are only considering adoption for your baby and I can’t imagine how difficult this time may be for you. I am humbled when I put myself in your shoes as you walk through this process. I grew up in a one stoplight town in the Midwest and moved to NYC about 21 years ago to follow my dreams to pursue music. My life took twists and turns, and it’s been wonderful, full of valuable lessons learned and hard work. I have a lighthearted wit, a love of animals, and a passion for cooking.

I have always wanted to be a mom and adoption is a natural path for me. I am a nurturer - from my younger family members to my friends, pets, and colleagues I get my greatest joy from making others feel safe and happy. I have always envisioned myself as a mother and dream of the day I can help a child become who he or she is; and support their dreams, joys, and talents. I will protect them when they need an advocate and push them when they need encouragement.

I am thinking and praying for you and your baby and know that whatever you decide will be the right decision for YOU and YOUR baby. I hope I can be a supportive voice and listening ear if you need it through your journey.
