This past week we’ve had family in town and they were excited to help us add onto the nursery. The airplane shelf was custom built by Colt’s dad and then will have some Air Force planes Sadye’s Papaw used to collect. He would collect different planes he used to work on while in the Air Force. We are so happy to have different parts of the nursery that are special.
Nursery isn’t complete but soon will be. We’re having our baby shower on January 8th for our arrival.

While we celebrated Thanksgiving with family we still spoke about how adoption is still on our hearts. My husband and I would love to adopt and raise two babies together. Today we built the crib and got the mattress set up. Surprisingly it went well building the crib… we did have one set back since we had one piece on backwards. But that’s ok! It was an easy fix. We love how the crib turned out. We had two proud dog brothers who can’t wait to have a baby sibling to shower in kisses. We

Grammy did some baby shopping and sending items so our house. She sent this nice pack n play. Can be used as a bassinet and changing table as well. Lincoln helped put it together and wanted to model with it. He’s excited to be a big brother

Today we painted the nursery to be ready to set up the crib and dresser when they arrive Tuesday.
We painted the accent wall Peaceful blue by Behr and the remaining three walls French silver also by Behr.
I love how it came out. I can’t wait to start getting furniture and decor set up.
