We met through a dating app and instantaneously connected over our love for running. Shortly after we planned our first trip, and the rest is history!
We got engaged in Napa, California and were married in April 2020. Our wedding plans changed due to Covid in New York, but we were fortunate to get married in the presence of our immediate family, which was extremely important to us.
We both always wanted to have a family with children, but have faced infertility challenges. We believe that it is the love and home that makes a family and that adoption is the path for us to become parents and build our family.
We live in an apartment in New York City. We have a lot of space in our home to expand when we are lucky enough to adopt, and can’t wait to decorate the nursery!
In our neighborhood there are many playgrounds for children and street fairs. We also live walking distance to Central Park, which we often go to on the weekends. We take advantage of all that the city has to offer, which feels endless. It is a wonderful place to raise a family.
I was born in New York City, where I lived during my early childhood. My family then moved to a suburb of the city, where I grew up with my younger sister. My family life growing up was very happy.
I have always been into sports. I enjoy watching college basketball and football games on TV and attending these games in person. I look forward to being a dad, and watching, attending games and events with your child.
I am a workout enthusiast and enjoy biking and running. I have completed 4 marathons and hope to complete more.
My friends and family describe me as loyal, compassionate, punctual, hard working and the biggest Syracuse University fan they know. Since graduating from Syracuse I have worked in Finance.
I grew up in a suburb outside New York City in a supportive and loving family. I am a middle child and have an older sister and younger brother and love spending time with my family.
It is very important to me to have close relationships with my friends and family and for them to know they can always count on me. My friends and family describe me as dependable, kind hearted and always there for them.
I am a hard worker and very determined person. I went to Binghamton University in New York where I studied business and since graduating I have worked at a bank. Fortunately my job (and Jared’s) allow us to take time off at the time of adoption.
I am also a curious person who enjoys learning new things all the time, including walking around New York City and always seeing something new.
