Kids and Kitchen Fun
I’ve never met a vegetable that I didn’t like! This dish above is sauteed fennel with ginger, garlic, red pepper and cumin. Hearty and cooling for this hot summer weather. Healthy and delicious.

When a friend’s toddler first ate broccoli, he and I came up with the name ‘little trees’. After ‘little trees’ he helped make kale chips.That toddler is now sixteen and loves sautéed kale! My friend credits me with his love of veggies.
