Ashwin and Michael

Hi there! We’re Michael and Ashwin, a home study-approved married couple from Minnesota. We are writing to you because our dream is to become dads through adoption.

We know deciding the best future for your baby cannot be easy, especially when you’re looking at a big stack of these profiles. Here are the top three things we’d want you to know about us:

1) We would give your baby a loving, safe, happy home. That includes a lifetime supply of hugs and corny dad jokes (even when they’re a teenager and think we're super uncool).

2) We will be your baby’s biggest cheerleaders. If he/she sets a goal, big or small, we will stop at nothing to make it happen!

3) We will make sure your baby grows up knowing their story – that an amazing act of love by their mom gave us the chance to be a family.

We also want you to know that we believe in open adoption. Our ideal situation would include ongoing contact with you as your child grows up (but we also understand if that’s not an option).

We hope this profile will help you to get to know us a bit, but it can’t possibly answer all your questions. We would love to have a no-pressure conversation to help you decide if we’re the right family for your baby.
