This week has been pretty quiet. We have our usual Monday and Tuesday evenings with the girls which consist of dinner and homework. Wednesday evenings are a bit rushed. I work from home and try to have dinner ready when Kevin and the girls get home. We have dinner, rush through homework and the girls hurry off to CCD classes. Thursday evenings Lydia has gymnastics and Emma stays with Kevin and I. Tonight Emma had quite a bit of homework that we completed. I uploaded a few photos

Adoption: The most selfless, loving, difficult, and genuine act a person can do. We (Kevin and I) have been through some very difficult times in our lives but to make the decision to give up a child for adoption would have to be, hands down, the most difficult thing to ever have to do no matter the situation at hand. I am unable to have children of my own but I have been given the most incredible opportunity to be the step-mother to two beautiful little girls, Emma and Lydia. I get to watch them grow and blossom into young women and help to teach them the tools that they will need to succeed in the life that they have ahead of them. I have prayed about this decision day after day. At the end of the day, I have left the decision up to God. If we are meant to have another wonderful addition to our family, it will happen and it will happen when the time is right and we will welcome that bundle of joy with open arms and open hearts.
I feel it is very important for you to know as much as possible about us so I will do my very best to keep our page updated with daily events and photos things that are important to us in our daily lives. We may seem a bit crazy but at the end of the day, we love each other very much and that is all that matters.
If you are an expectant mother, birth parent, guardian, or anyone else interested in finding out more about our family, feel free to write.
