Dear Expectant Mother,

We are blessed that you took the time to view our profile and we hope this gives you a glimpse of who we are and the love we have to give. We are Marie and Anthony from Long Island, NY and we are dreaming of the gift of adoption to become first-time parents.

We wholeheartedly appreciate how difficult it is to make this decision and we would be forever grateful to be chosen by you. You will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will make sure your child understands how difficult this is for you.

As parents, we promise to provide a loving and caring home where a child can grow and thrive. We will dedicate every moment to providing our future child with love, support and laughter. Our large extended family would welcome our future child with open arms we cannot wait for our future child to meet all 8 cousins.

We both have wonderful relationships with our parents and extended family. We had very close relationships with all of our grandparents. We cannot wait for our future child to experience that same amount of love our family has to give.

Anthony is a Teacher and Marie works from home as an Art Director. We love the summer and all outdoor activities. To learn more about us view please view the rest of our profile and our website

Thank you,
Marie & Anthony

Who We Are

We are Marie and Anthony, we met in high school and even danced at Anthony’s prom. After college we kept running into each other at different places and we kept joking that one night we would go on a date. So, one evening we joined two friends on a double date where we quickly realized that we had similar values and interests and really loved laughing and spending time together. As some would say, the rest is history. We got married in July 2010 and moved to a beautiful town on Long Island, New York.

Adoption Diary

Happy for technology

Our niece Kayla made her First Communion. Thank goodness for technology, I was able to watch the church mass online via live stream and see her receive her First Communion. I was sad that I missed this day special day.

Anthony tested in the morning and thank goodness it came back negative. He was able to go to the church and see the Communion ceremony. He didn’t go back to the house for the small BBQ that my sister planned that day. We are so excited to celebrate Kayla’s Communion in June. My sister decided to have a big party in the middle of June to celebrate her Communion and I am so happy that she did!

After 2 plus years of avoiding the covid virus, unfortunately, I tested positive last Tuesday evening. When I woke up Tuesday morning, I had a little headache and towards the evening I started to get chills and body aches. When Anthony came home from work, I decided to take a home test, and it showed up positive. I was very sick with flu-like symptoms for over a week and complete exhaustion.

Anthony’s job told him to isolate himself for 7 days and then return to work after he took a PCR test since he was exposed to me. I did not want him to get it, but I was happy that he was home while I was sick.

I am happy to say that I am finally feeling so much better now and that I tested negative. The weather has been improving here and I can’t wait to start going on my daily walks around the neighborhood (spring sunset photo from a walk). I can’t believe that covid is still a major issue two-plus years later. I hope everyone stays safe and never has to deal with getting this awful virus. I’m sad that I had to miss our niece Kayla’s Communion.
