Japanese style breakfast
Recently, I was researching healthy meal options, and I learned that Japanese-style meals are a great way to have a well-balanced meal. So I started to make breakfast with 一汁三菜（Ichizyu-san-sai), which includes one grain, one soup, one main (protein), with two sides. Since you can get all different nutrients, we have been feeling better and energized throughout the day. We are really enjoying these meals, so I am going to continue this routine!
