Although our paths had almost crossed a handful of times in the past, we didn't meet officially until October 2014. Endless honest conversations over dinner turned into a long-distance romance that evolved into a deep emotional connection. We fell in love, often finish each other's sentences, sing and laugh just about every day!
We live in a very safe and diverse community, just south of Atlanta. Our neighborhood is diverse and friendly, with small children living on the same street. We have a 2-bedroom house with a huge backyard, perfect for a swing set and pool one day! We have a variety of schools nearby, from public to private to charter. We believe in the value of education from an early age and having grown up in a family of teachers, we know how important quality education is to the overall well-being of a child.
From the time I was a little girl, I have wanted to be a mother. I also had the traveling gene in my bones from an early age. I couldn't wait to see the world and meet people from different cultures. Over the years, traveling has led me to many wonderful places but more than anything, it has taught me to respect and appreciate people who come from different races, backgrounds and religions. It has helped make me the person I am today, someone with a huge heart full of love, tolerance and adaptability. These traits not only lend themselves to motherhood, but they have contributed greatly to the success of my relationship with Kevin. My enthusiasm, compassion, generosity and nurturing instincts are woven throughout my being.
Kevin is the most patient, caring and supportive man I have ever met. His capacity for love, kindness and understanding is endless. His mantra through life has always been "Peace, Love & Happiness" and he truly lives this motto each and every day. He is fun, resourceful, calm in a crisis, as well as an amazing chef! His bright blue eyes and gorgeous smile light up a room whenever he steps into it. He has all the traits of an ideal partner and a fantastic father, and his enthusiasm for life is infectious!
