To Someone Special,

Where do we start? While we’re ecstatic to expand our family, we can’t imagine the difficult process you are facing. We admire your courage and the love you have for your child. We promise an adoption journey of love, empathy and respect. We commit to having your child grow up in a loving environment, feeling secured and being an overall kind and happy human being:). We can’t wait to be parents and we can't wait to meet you.

Who We Are

We found each other through a dating website and met in the summer of 2011. We both knew each other was “the one” within the first month of dating, got engaged the following year and married 15 months later. We consider ourselves lucky to have found each other and consider ourselves soul mates (as cheesy as that may sound).

Eric’s medical training took us from New York to Georgia, then Connecticut and we now reside in Eric’s home state of Ohio. We purchased our first house in 2017 and have been living here for over three years. Shortly after becoming home owners and feeling established, we tried to expand our family. That’s when we learned it wouldn’t be so easy. With the recent completion of our home study, we are also hoping to foster-to-adopt. Our goal is to have two or three children biologically, through fostering-to-adopt and/or adoption.

We are family-oriented people and always wanted a large family. Our biggest dream is to become parents. We both come from hardworking families. Although we grew up modestly, our parents valued education and hard work. We hope to instill those same values in our children. We are very close with our parents and siblings. Daisy has an older sister and Eric has a younger sister. Both set of grandparents are looking forward to the new family addition and discussing babysitting opportunities.

Adoption Diary

It’s snowing!

February 8, 2020:  This is the third day this winter that we got snow!  I’m so happy (maybe it’s because I’m staying warm inside and not shoveling snow outside lol)!  Eric is testing the new shovel we purchased from Costco and I’m baking a new recipe for a keto strawberries & cream cake.  I’m hoping it turns out well so we have a sweet treat for Valentine’s Day.  Speaking of Valentine’s Day, Eric got us a reservation at White Castle!  I CAN NOT WAIT!  We wanted to go last year, but reservations book up months in advance!  Hope you’re staying nice and warm wherever you are!  xoxo

Thank You for Visiting Our Adoption Profile

We want to thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your child.

We truly appreciate your kindness and strength and look forward to hearing from you.
