Post Outlander Blog Entry (mild spoiler alert) and what the Pandemic Looks Like Now

The excitement of the season finale has died down.  I’m sure Claire will recover, and there will be time next season, whenever Season 6 comes out for her to be in danger again.  It was a quiet season ending, a little eery, with not a lot of suspense.

Where I live our mayor is talking about opening up the town.  Our parks opened this past weekend.  Most food businesses have been operating on take out, the Fed Ex/UPS Stores are open,  grocery stores, cvs and Walgreens have been open, as well as coffee places.  One of the local coffee places, we are not allowed to drink our coffee in the shop, but many friends gather near the steps of a local school to socialize.  It’s great to see kids playing in the parks.
