Palm Sunday…doesn’t seem like it!

Today is Palm Sunday.  Typically our family would have a had a big family brunch or dinner.  This is a week where the kids would be on vacation from school and we would usually go away and return in time for Easter with another celebration and of course, an egg hunt.  We even bake a cake in the shape of a bunny…my mom has baked it since my siblings and I were babies - and she still does it for the kiddies.  Next year I know will be better and I think we will appreciate so many of our blessings, and take time to enjoy things more…maybe even like the bunny cake!  Easter will be different in many ways, which is true for the entire world.  We watched Palm Sunday Mass on TV, and the Cardinal spoke about how Jesus had his friends to help Him carry the cross, which Is what we are all doing for one and other.  I hope you know that I’m here for you.  There will be better days ahead but we need to get through this and soon.  Hope you are well and healthy and if you feel up to talking please reach out. 929-215-4880
