We met in April 2011 through an online dating website. On our very first date, we talked so much as if we were old friends catching up! We had a great night getting to know each other more and knew instantly we shared many of the same interests, qualities and family values.
Our relationship quickly grew as we shared more experiences together. We were engaged in June 2013 and married 5 months later in November 2013. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives to date. Check out our wedding recap video under the video tab. Its just a few minutes long.
Together we enjoy weekend trips, bike rides, concerts, going to the beach and spending time with our families. We both come from big families, Jason is the oldest of 4 siblings and Stefanie is the youngest of 5 siblings. Combined we have an incredible support system and are lucky enough to live minutes from our parents and siblings. This allows us to share holidays, get-togethers and surprise visits. We are very close to our siblings & we know both of our families will be absolutely THRILLED to finally see us as parents! Together, we have been chosen to be Godparents for many of our nieces, nephews, and our dear friend's kids. We feel so blessed and grateful for this opportunity to raise children in our warm, safe, loving home! So, we thank you in advance for changing our lives & making our dream come true.
Our home is located in a suburban town on the south shore of Long Island. We are less than 10 minutes from a shopping mall, about 15 minutes from the beach....and 3 minutes from "Nana & Poppa's house".
We live on a quiet residential block where you can meet friendly neighbors and see children playing catch or riding bikes.
We have recently renovated our kitchen & bathrooms, in addition to updating the bedrooms, family room, and basement. We truly enjoy being in our home, hosting holidays and having friends and family over for dinners or parties. Stefanie loves to find things at Home Goods to decorate our house. Jason enjoys puttering in the garage and fixing things around the house...which usually involves many trips to Home Depot! Together we love to maintain a neat, warm, welcoming place to call home. We hope & pray that one day we can fill our home with the rich blessings of children!

She enjoys scrapbooking, crafts & puzzles. Stefanie has a strong support system within her family and siblings, as well as lifelong friends. She is always ready and willing to help others.
Stefanie adores her eight nieces and nephews and enjoys having them over for play dates, sleepovers and fun local outings.
Stefanie likes to host parties & events for the family. Every Fall she has a Halloween party for family & friends and helps organize a "Family Reunion Picnic" every summer. Both annual events have been such fun, exciting traditions.
Stefanie is an elementary ENL teacher. She teaches English to speakers of other languages and supports children who are new to America. She absolutely loves seeing her students learn and grow. She enjoys making a difference in their lives, helping them feel comfortable, accepted and welcomed. Stefanie is an enthusiastic person and beams with joy when talking about becoming a mother one day.
Jason is kind, patient, and young at heart. He is someone who is always in a good mood. He always looks for the positive no matter the situation. He loves to be silly and "funny uncle jay" when he is playing with our nieces & nephews. He is a hard worker and likes to take on projects at home. Jason, being the son of a mechanic, grew up learning how to fix things around the house. In his free time, he enjoys bike riding, playing golf, softball, and mowing the lawn on weekends. Jason comes from a very large and close knit family, who takes pride in their commitment to spending family time together.
